Where do we think he’ll end up in January? Must be dying to get out of this shambles after spending last week with the likes of Lewandowski, Glik and Szczesny.
Dunno, probably not with us - but then are there going to be many sides who want a defender from a team in the bottom 3 who's seemingly lost his ability to score from set pieces (albeit the quality of set pieces has diminished this season)?
Let’s be reight if he’s any sense he’ll be asking his agent to do what he can to get a move although I’d obviously love him to stay.
If he’s got genuine ambition to become a regular in the Poland set up, he needs to go to a team in the top leagues, like Germany, Italy, Spain, PL etc. He’s not going to displace the likes of Glik playing at a Championship club
Nowhere. He's gone from a good team chipping in with goals, to playing in a poor team he cannot score for. If someone wanted him the summer would have been the best time whilst his stock was higher.
33, the point is he has the position and to dislodge him over next couple of years he needs a higher profile
I think its going to be fair game in the next transfer window for the likes of Helik, Styles, Woodrow and possibly Andersen to all move on. Whatever footballing reasons persuaded them to stay in the summer will have been evaporated by the frustrations of being part of this team and its hard to see any motivation for the owners to resist any decent transfer income (particularly now that they've created a precedent of treating the club's income streams as that of the investment company). Football performance appears to be very much a secondary consideration these days, so I think the valuable squad members are fair game to be cherry picked at the moment.
Think he just needs to take his chances and play well for Poland now he's already broken into the squad. Kieffer's done that for Wales despite playing for bottom end champ teams.
Difference with Keiffer though, was there wasn’t a player in front of him established in his role. You’re right though if he gets a chance and plays well it puts him in good stead.
My minds gone blank but he certainly wasn't first choice when he started in the Welsh squad, so there must have been established strikers in front of him. When he did get his chance though, he really did grab it and I think he scored on debut?
He’ll probably leave in January, but he’s played a part in our defence constantly being caught square. Who is actually on the pitch organising our defence? That’s supposed to be his job?
Abit harsh behind Collins hes probably been our most consistent player stopped a certain goal yesterday with a last ditch tackle. I think were disorganised all over the pitch we do play off the cuff at brittain put it and it looks like schopp just says go on lads have fun see you in 45.
It's a bit sickening how this season is panning out I honestly thought our players had developed enough to be top 10 and if the Belgians had any impact maybe challenge for 6th spot, now like you say it wouldn't be surprising to see our better players leave in January and were back to square one again.
A move to Italy or Germany wouldn’t surprise me. Lets hope Mads is ready to go by January when we are more than likely going to have to sell Michal.
