    hes obviously been sacked nothing to do with footballing reason as Fleetwood are 7th in the league in their first year in the Football League.

    Honestly thought he might have been Blackpool boss before Appleton took over.

    Wouldn't be surprised if he's in the running to be the new Bristol City boss when McInnes gets sacked in the next few weeks. Won't become Barnsley manager!!!
