I don't think Flitcroft is letting him have enough input into the team. I fear Flitcroft thinks he can do it his way after keeping us up last season, and ignoring a more experienced man alongside him.

No thanks, he's part of the current plight. Clean sweep needed this time around

Agree with Springvale Red. We need a clean sweep.

Clean sweep for me, too, should a change be made.

If we are going to have a change, I think the Hill-Flitcroft era should be put to bed and start again

personally think if the club decides to make a change, they need to make a fresh change. mellon would be seen as part of the current problem, and would be under pressure from day 1

I'd be happy with Mellon being given a chance. I think he's shown already that he has the potential to be a very good manager.

    Do I recall

Mellon and Scott stating that when they arrived that they recognised a need to get the ball forward faster. Our system was changed, we played a faster pressing game and the results and safety followed. We no longer appear to play the faster pressing game, so who changed that then and why? I think there may be some truth in the originators comments.
