    Could never really say anything wrong about the bloke when he was here, good interview though, went in to much more depth than he really had to and shot the guy down when he suggested that Shrewsbury were of a similar size to Barnsley.

    The interviewer is a bit of a plonker with his closing questions but I hope Mellon and Shrewsbury do well this season (other than in the games against us of course). He'll get a warm reception from me.

    Bit unlucky not to get our managers job , beat Brighton , unlucky v burnley and failing to beat Yeovil prob cost him job . Sounds like a decent bloke and doing well at Shrewsbury
