Just got back from Portman Road, well done the reds!!! We matched a team with an outstanding home record all the way and defended magnificently. We were well worth the point. Dominic Werling was fantastic today. I can't believe this is the same left back I witnessed at the start of the season. De Siva was a class above and the best player on the park. It was a good contest and if Ipswich can find some form away from home they can comfortably make the playoffs. Ref was awful, we got our FIRST foul of the second half on about 76 mins. A disgrace. I've heard a rumour going round that Barnsley have a cast iron signing lined up for January. A midfielder from Spain, maybe Argentinean. I got told it was a done deal at about £750,000. I said it was rubbish, we don't have that kind of money after our summer spending spree. Anyone else heard anything about this?
hmmm sounds interesting, I wonder if Simon Davey has got any irons in the fire on the goalkeeping front (just in case somebody waves a wad of money under Sheps nose)
