But everyone's crying out for a striker, personally I think we could do with cover at the back more than anything. Especially if Holgate leaves, if either Smith or Holgate gets injured have we got the cover to compete? Are bree and Williams good enough? Completely agree we do, especially at left back. Ideally some experience. But like with strikers we have enough to get through the first few games, and we have got until the end of August to sign some
Yes we are very weak at full back but I think strikers are the number 1 priority. We have Winnall who seems a little injury prone. Wilkinson who has yet to show his true potential and Watkins who seems to have been bought as a winger. And thats it. After that we are dipping into the academy. We have no wingers other than Watkins but if we only play 3-5-2 or diamond 4-4-2 we don't need any (in theory) Yes assuming Holgate goes (and Im sure he will) we only have Bree on the right and Smith and possibly Evans on the left. So its an area we need to strengthen in but I would say strikers are the priority.
