The Reds, finally relegated? I think it's hard to judge on three matches. There are another 43 matches to play. Looking up and down the fixtures list offers me little in the way of opportunistic forethought. There are no easy matches and arguably, this might just be the hardest season for a good while. We've kicked off the season with three very tough matches. We've taken 1 point and scored 1 goal - albeit, an own goal. The Morecambe match pretty much sums up how disorganised the lads are at the minute, but through time and work, that organisation will come. Maybe that also took a bit of confidence out of them also. A good, solid pre-seasona and a great point away at Forest should have instilled them with a whole heap of confidence, but maybe that just destroyed it a little. There is a long way to go yet. Keep the faith and get behind the lads. Three matches in and already people are booing. Laughable really. A win on the board and a few goals might just be the tonic to kickstart the campaign, but until it comes, booing and jeering might make you feel a little better for the money you've wasted, but lets be honest. It's not going to help anyone is it? 99% of people that get booed don't respond well - not when they are doing something they love and trying their best, and who knows, if in a few months time there has been no improvement, we might just be ****. Maybe then the clubs powers that be might just realise that selling your best players, year in, year out might make the books look good, but on the field, things are going to suffer and with relegation comes massive loss of revenue. Selling top end Championship players and replacing them with mid table League One players on paper, can't and doesn't look good. Only time and patience will tell if it can work. COYR.
