so he is written off after 3 games, WHY?

guy speaks little english, I saw him on many occasions in the games so far genuinely holding his hands wide in a gesture that said "hey guys help?me no understand?" Mossto is the one guy maybe who will take the longest to settle. OK Souza is Brazilian but he has spent a long time in Europe and will have picked up some english so will settle easier. Mossto has come from Peru to Uk STONE COLD! give the guy a good while to start coming good. I have watched a good many vids on him and he IS sharp, but you are only as good as the men around you.

"but you are only as good as the men around you."

Are you saying the rest of the squad is rubbish then? If not, that is a strange thing to add. Other than that I would agree with you.

    Let me get this straight....

Mossto has moved to a new club.

A new league. A new country. A new continent.

And doesn't speak a word of English.

And you're writing him off after seeing him play a friendly, one league game and a Carling cup game where he played a lone striker role?

    Jesus truely wept

when Ronnie Glavin came he wasn't very good for the first few games neither was Trevor Aylott. In those days you got more time and both became legends. Similar thing happened with David Hirst at Wednesday. Today it's now, now, now !!!I can'tsee how you can give a judgement to that level after such a short space of time. It may just take a spark such as a goal to ignite mossto into a great goalscorer , so please give the lad some real time.

    Personally....

After having seen him in all this seasons home games...still haven't seen enough of him to form an opinion. Really hasn't had the ball whatsoever. Maybe taking a while to settle. Would really like to see him with the ball though....just to see what he's like!!

    Tevez

Didn't score for months at West Ham... came over from Sout America like Mostto, didn't speak English etc...

Not trying to suggest Mostto's owt like as good as Tevez, but he deserves a similar chance and might be able to do a similar job at what is obviously a lower level.

    RE: Tevez

    QFT.

Both Tevez and Mascherano were viewed as 'flops' when they first came, now look at them. Give him time, Mr Mostto thousands of miles from home in a country he dosnt know playing football in a league he's never played in at a different pace.

    GIVE HIM TIME.

    Should read Miguel Mustgo!!!! nt

We cannot afford to give players time like bigger clubs can, we have spent a large percentage of our budget on him. Fair enough it's still early but you only have to look at the impression Stan & Pete made after the same amount of games, their desire, passion work ethic and general greatfulness of being brought to a better standard of life in general. Mostto on the other hand does'nt look the slightest bit interested. We can't be carrying him everytime he plays. stop the rot before it takes hold.

Ferenczi, Odejayi & Christensen look good enough to deliver the goods. As for Mostto & Coulson - its reserve football all the way for me.

    As I say Miguel Mustgo!

Non too impressed so far! Looked lazy, not bothered and so on. I thought Nardiello was on the pitch at first when we played Coventry. But look at Chopra, he looked exactly the same, but as soon as the goals came, he was class.
