It would not have been the same if it had been Terry !!!!!! The Rugby people at least do something to try and set an example, what do the FA do, give Terry back the captaincy and ignore everything else.

He should get Prince William to write to the RFU on a matter he's no business getting involved in. The fine would soon be dropped then.
He's just being made a scapegoat because he's a tough ugly Northerner. His wife is not a Royal she's a commoner just like most of the BBS but there's an obvious Royal conection.
I think the punishment would have been the same for the other members of the team and he is appealing the fine so let's see what happens. A few of them seem to have caught the same disease as has been affecting football for a long time. Their behaviour was out of order on a few occasions; I think he got pretty much what he deserves.
