Either tablets, lotion, alternative treatment ................ I'm sure a few of you were in agreement that there was an outstanding treatment you'd agreed on.</p>

I'm told that taking a hot bath first thing on a morning (only for 5 minutes or so) is a major help.

I take glucosamine sulphate, but it's a bit hit and miss if there is a real effect, if it's a damp shitty day, it can still hurt like a bleeder.

I've tried all the Herbal stuff, nowt worked for me so i took a venture to the docs, he put me on some Tablets called ''Dihydrocodeine'' to be honest they don't really work neither. I tend to spray WD 40 on my knees now it works a treat, makes you slip' nice aswell when your having a love in, with whoever!.... (clap) ....

Cheers. Heard about WD40 but its a big no-no.

According to the boffins. The long term damage to skin is far more significant to any supposed &quot;cure&quot;.

aHH well its each to their own but either way it helps to keep me in work, and I'll worry about the long term effects when I've retired....Good luck with it mate and if you find owt what works for you give us a nod and I'll for sure give it a whirl.... (Y) ....

Not right sure but i think I've tried that, but maybe like owt else I've dabbled with for the pain i might not have given it long enough to work i'm gonna give the WD a while longer yet though, and it seems unbelievingly to be going the trick fingers crossed....
