Whilst I understand he hasn't been in a managerial role for a long time, he has been in Football, in varying capacities, during that spell. Now ask yourselves; What is the best way for Millwall to get out of this mess? I would suggest to blood the youngsters early, develop them as quickly as possible. This bloke can do that.
