My dad was a miner too though during the strike we had some good times coal picking at Barugh pit,me an mi brother going scrounging wood for the fire and the whole village pulled togeather,bit **** at christmas tho but we never went hungry

my father 60yr's old got beat up by the police during strike. on motorway nr nottingham' worke'd at barrow for year's i myself lost my buisness due to it but you have got to never forget 'but carry on it's the barnsley spirit the best response i have seen to this is jay;s if it get's the fan's going that's good .especially for the player's up you redssssss
