Not being funny but I don't think he should have a hooligan page as it suggests that he is one. Also if he keeps the page then I don't think he should have BFC official site or this one as links on his site as it suggests that those sites support his. This is my opinion and your brother did ask if his site was offensive.

I think you must now realise that having a page dedicated to hooligans is offensive to the majority on this board and also readers of BFC Official site. I would suggest that you either: delete the page or edit the links page as I would suggest that neither the Official site or this one would wish to be associated with hooliganism in any way, shape or form.
