    .....is the temperature today. Plus wind chill. And the wind is chilly. It is so cold that my mobile phone won't work outdoors as the screen keeps fcking up. It is also so cold that my fingers won't work outdoors as they also keep fcking up. Not recommended.

    Errm minus 25 celcius with 90mile wind

    Actual chill factor ......... minus 60 celcius!

    First time since i came to Norway that the Government have told EVERYONE to stay indoors!
