cos I was at Vee festival! How was the match on Saturday in summary. Its probably been written about loads on here over the past few days but I havent got time to sift through it cos I might get a rollicking from the gaffer? basically, was it another hardluck story or were we simply rubbish?
First half played some great football without creating any real cut chances - other than the goal. Dead unlucky however to concede a flukey goal. 2nd half we rolled over and died although again, plenty of pretty - but benign - passing in midfield. I thought their 2nd goal was class but the moaners on here will surely choose to blame our defenders. MOTM: Howard - Best game in a long time. Hassle palyed well but might have done better to cut out the first goal. Good saves from Steele. Macken had an uncharacteristically poor game, Rigters 15 minutes of being anonymous, Hume good in spells and bad in others, Leon played well but as alwasy lightweight in the tackle.......Moore played very well and didn't miss an header - cue abuse from others no doubt but that's my opinion for what its worth.
