Away fans normally get 3,000 with possibility of 6,000 if needed.

Just checking out hotels prices. £25 Days Inn, £42 Novotel, £39 Holiday Inn Express.

Trust me mate, you don't want to stay in Milton Keynes longer than you have to. Unless there's a meet at Silverstone on the sunday.

to be fair, i don't think there's a single person in barnsley that can accuse anywhere else of being a $hit hole. have you been into town recently?

At least when you're in Barnsley you can tell where you are without the aid of GPS.

Yes and I've also been Milton Keynes on more than once.

    Barnsley isn't a shithole it's a cesspit.

And driving on graph paper - its all on a grid system with a roundabout at every junction - I'd rather stay in Doncaster than Milton Keynes

Cesspit is a bit harsh. A septic tank maybe, but cesspit?!

Yes mate, bobbed in for some dinner with the missus down the arcade and had a look in a couple of decent shops too.

Barnsley is better than 90% of similar towns with similar economic circumstances.

I've actually worked at the Milton Keynes shithole and I can confirm that it is one of the biggest in the eastern region.
Anyway, I'll be off hopefully. Went to the hockey arena once, which I believe is now a very big network rail office... That was an odd one!

Been out round (square) Milton Keynes on a works Christmas do a few years back. Only did hotel bar, posh restaurant, a few bars and on to a nightclub.

Thought it was a decent night, but then it was all paid on, including beers :)

Warmest day, ever! No roof and we weren't allowed to keep the bottle tops for our Coca Cola, meaning within 8.3 seconds it was warm.

Oh, and somewhow the players managed to get a draw while playing in an all black kit.
