Wimbledon's exec's attended the game away at MK Dons at the weekend, but we're refused entry into the stand as they wanted to sit with the fans due to the history between the two clubs.

They were refused as last time they met, they did so, but MK Dons were charged by the FA (not sure why).

They instead were invited into the directors box at MK instead, to which they refused the invitation and left the stadium instead.

I understand their motives for wanting to be with the fans, however I don't understand why the FA charged MK Dons the last time this happened. It's made an already fragile situation even more fractious.

It’s time the FA and EFL stripped MK Dons of the Dons part of their name and made them compete as Milton Keynes FC

They really should do this. The Dons bit means **** all now to them (a lot would argue it meant nothing when they originally set up).
