    Do you think that another team would choose to sign a player because they saw his name mentioned on barnsleyfc.org.uk? Really?

    My point was that if barnsley being linked to a player on here can cause another team to sign him (as we are led to believe) then surely the manager of the club linking us to a player on the very same internet could have the same effect.

    They wouldn't know much about O' Neil Thompson or they didn't until now (see link to teamtalk below). Just because we've got him on trial doesn't mean we have to wax lyrical about him before sealing the deal.
