MMS (picture) messaging help please!

    My phone (Sony Ericsson K850i) won't download a received photo and won't send one (it's staying in the outbox).

    I can't remember what setting I need to change...

    Any ideas?!

    I think you ring your network number, and there's an option to set it up.

    Mine does that

    I recently switched to O2 but kept my own phone. I phoned the help line and they said because it was my own phone (not on contract) MMS may not work. I said "that's not good enough" they said "tough".

    Do you get a text saying you can view the photo online?

    This is a replacement as my initial one broke, and I'm sure the same thing happened last time and I can't remember how to fix it...

    you need to clar the mms data files from your hpone and re download them

    Ring customer service

    They should send you some settings, either by text or by email. They did that for me, but it didn't work (because it was my own phone not a contract one, they said). Since then I get a text with a link to a website, where I have to enter a password then I can view the picture.

    Not much use when I'm sat at Upton Park and someone sends me a picture of a girl in a pink shell suit!
