cheers ryhill, i was planning on going to phones4u in town on sat, cant justify paying £46 a month on a phone, would rather spend that money on getting my season ticket for next season

How long have you been with Orange for? If you've been a customer for a while you may be able to haggle with them. I've been with T-Mobile for 11 years and when my contract was up for renewal and they weren't offering me a very good deal so I asked to be put throught to cancellations AKA retentions in some cases. They said due to my loyalty I could have an 18 month contract. I get 600 mins any network, unlimited landline calls, 600 texts & unlimited internet access for £35

If you want to move to 3 they are doing some pretty good deals right now. The kids have HTC's and they think they're great. Never had a problem with 3 and been with them about six years now.

I know sod all about phones if I'm honest but I got a blackberry and a tablet for £20 pm. I know everbody goes for smartphones these days but I'm not bothered so I went for the blackberry just because I like they way they look.

Never heard of the brand but it's Archos no idea if they're good or not but for a fiver a month I'm not going to complain. They offered me a blackberry one which looked good but it only had a 7" screen and was twice the price.

I have a Blackberry 9300 3G for private use and an HTC Wildfire as a work phone.

I'm a Virgin customer for TV, BB & land line. I get 200 minutes, 150 texts, 500Mb BB and 3000 minute to virgin mobiles for £12.99 a month on a 24 month contract.

I prefer the Blackberry to the HTC but they both have strengths and weaknesses. I just want a phone so the Blackberry is more than I could wish for.

As said always say you are leaving until you get through to the retention department as they can offer better deals, then check those deals with mobiles.co.UK as the last 2 contracts I've had they were cheaper, then before you buy check cashback sites like quid as you can often get a wedge back through using them.
