Sadly, he passes when trying to shoot. And shoots when he's trying to pass. Apparently. So there's no chance of him doing owt much.
Of course as it is for most clubs. Timing is key though if we are looking good for a promotion push he shouldn't be going anywhere in January. Mowatt may be a different story if he doesn't sign a new deal.
Still got 2 n half years left in Jan so I'd expect we would demand a big fee if clubs come in January.
Is it though? Moore has scored at this level before with Rotherham, and not done it in the Championship. I'm not sure that a big enough offer would be forthcoming to tempt us. If we were flying in January and selling him could potentially derail our charge, I'm not convinced we would sell him. We're not as desperate to sell our players as we are to get back into the championship.
He would do a good job in championship with the right service and wingers supplying crosses , watching Rotherham Friday night and they have Michael smith who couldn’t score for us in division 1 before
Whilst he didn’t score many last season he held the ball up well and looked a handful at the end of what as a disaster of a season.
Yes I thought he did ok last season. He certainly put a shift in, and I can remember the first time he came on at Oakwell. His first header was greated by a huge cheer because we'd been so lacking in that department.
