    Midfield ace is new doubt
    BARNSLEY
    By Simon Meeks
SAM Togwell has added to Barnsley boss Simon Davey's concerns on the eve of the match at Leeds United.
The midfielder skipped training yesterday and his foot injury, suffered in the game with Southend on Tuesday, was being assessed today.
Caretaker coach Davey has already seen his midfield options stripped of suspended duo Ronnie Wallwork and Kyel Reid.
Problems were heaped higher with the news that defender Antony Kay is almost certainly out of the Yorkshire derby which kicks off at Elland Road at noon tomorrow.
Better news was that skipper and centre half Paul Reid, who missed the 2-0 win over Southend, was expected to train today. His groin problem has eased.
Midfielder Grant McCann, goalscorer in the 1-0 win over Ipswich six days ago is also back in the reckoning. His deadleg, the reason he couldn't play in midweek, has healed.
Tomorrow brings Davey's third match in charge. It's his first away from Oakwell.
He said: "They're all tough games. We'd had Ipswich watched and they were playing well. Southend brought a different kind of pressure because they're bottom of the league and we were expected to beat them. And now a local derby with all the pressure that brings."
Defeat by third-from-bottom Leeds would land Barnsley back in the relegation zone.
Barnsley have already beaten the team currently managed by Dennis Wise at Oakwell a month ago but Davey warned: "Leeds have quality in every department. They've Gary Kelly and Hayden Foxe at the back. Shaun Derry in midfield is a very experienced player and up front they've got David Healy."
Foxe was sent off in Leeds' 2-1 defeat at Burnley on Tuesday and is banned tomorrow.
Northern Ireland international Healy was a sub in midweek as Wise opted for strikers Ian Moore and Robbie Blake ahead of him and Barnsley- born Geoff Horsfield.
Mathew Kilgallon is a doubt for Leeds with an ankle injury. Ugo Ehiogu and Matt Heath look set to continue in central defence.
Barnsley probable: Colgan, Austin, Reid, Hassell, Heckingbottom, Hayes, Togwell, Howard, McCann, Knight, Richards. Subs: Letheren, Williams, Devaney, Wroe, Nardiello
