RE: my kind More than a passing resemblance to Simple Minds, this tune.
Not a patch on Prawn tho'.

To be fair I thought the same about Marc Bolan, it took a long time from me to get used to his voice. Now I think he's one of the best musicians of the last century.
RE: To be fair Marc Bolan, my sister's favourite, really like some of his stuff too. Children of the revolution is class. Anthony and the Johnsons one of my personal favourites though although none of my mates like them!
RE: Fine tune nt Sounds like we're on the same wavelength! What about this http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=PC0RSXOemQs
if you want blues........ then this is how they should be played. Just one man and a guitar. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTJeoYnmqbw (clap)
RE: one man and a guitar great tune, although to be fair he's got a modern electric guitar - making it easier to play than RJ's lump of wood with some pig gut strung across it and the top of a broken bottle (i kid ye not!) as a slide. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Johnson_(musician) The Daddy.
