There may be some truth in it... ...seem to be hearing this rumour from all corners of the internet. There's either one person out there who has made this up and got the word out, or that there is some truth in it.
I'm not saying there isn't any truth in it mate, seems very plausible. How many corners has the internet got? I think its got seven.

Funny you should say that... ...I first started messing around on the internet in about 1994 when it was basically a glorified teletext service with a few grainy images and no really useful information at all...at the time I thought it was a gimmik that wouldn't take off at all. How wrong I was!! The big thing at the time were things called BBSs but not in the same sense as this place, it was kind of an isolated type of internet, generally a single server somewhere, that you would dial into and chat to other people who had dialled in and just chat live, although its main purpose appeared to be the exchanging of pornographic images...definitely not videos though! People compain about broadband speeds now, back then you were lucky to have a connection speed of about 25k.
