    Is it this Saturday?

Personally I find attending pre-season games as pointless as a pointless thing with no point! Can't remember last time I went to one.

    Pretty Impressed........

that the away end is sponsored by Umbro. Not bad at all for a smaller team.

    Dreamboy..

They may be sponsored by umbro because they offered the most money? Like they may have offered more money than little companys. Easy advertising and cheap. Like a company like zurich or a well known company may have wanted to sponsor our kit, but (for last year) BarnsleyBuilding Society offered more money, therefore have their name on our shirt.

not sure now about that though

Umbro were the kit providers but wont be this season so i am wodering if they will rename the away end, its covered but all on one level so difficult viewing if there is a big crowd in, although for some big games they put temporary plactforms in, its a good little ground, ample for non league but possibly on the small side for a league ground although there are plans to extend the car wash paddock, you'll understand why its called that on sat :)

The away end doesn't look too bad, although it doesn't have many barriers to lean on for them who's had too much to drink :D :D :D

    theve a few

Twiss is a great player on his day, Blinkhorn, just signed from Blackpool did very well on loan last season, thers a young mifielder called gary hunter who runs his socks off every game, Big Jim Bentley is a hard defender, may be a bit slow for the likes of Disco, unfortunatly Jesus, or Chris Blackburn, an excellent young defender has just gone to Swindon and Danny Carlton who scored the winner at Wembley has gone to Carlisle but another 2 players signed and a few experienced players also in the squad

    I Remember.........

Michael Twiss from back in the day. Blinkhorn must still be very young, but he had some pretty good players to get past at Blackpool.
