Will do. My first look at the Reds this season and looking forward to it. Heard good things this pre season and at Forest. Don't care how many we score as long as we progress. Nice little test before the Saints on Saturday. They looked impressive against an appalling Leeds side.
Agreed nightmare. People need to stop making numerous threads about the same topic. Be nice if admin appoint some more moderators to prevent this happening. If they did, this could possibly be one of the best forums on the Internet. Anyway, onto today's game. I completely disagree on that score - one of my pet hates is opening one thread and having to sift through pages and pages to find something that interests me - I think it's much better to have the relative freedom of unmoderated posting (in that sense - I'm not saying people should have complete free reign). I think shoe horning people into a particular thread is the wrong direction to go in - that just makes it the same as any other forum out there.
Half time...0-0. Started well with good build up...Butters could have had a hat trick in 1st half but poor finishing/good keeping prevented it. Kinda lost track after then. Back four gave ball away on a couple of occasions which would have seen us punished come Saturday. Vaz Te is looking lively but is very hit n miss. So far we are very average but have never looked under threat. Think we'll grab 1 or 2 in second half.
This isn't helping my jet lag .......... Hopefully we get a goal back as we hardly looked like scoring at Forest, need some goals to get the confidence up.
177 officially, meaning that 177 people enjoyed the game. Truly awful tonight. Listing players who played badly would pretty much mean writing out the team sheet. Still, it's the league cup. As long as it's sorted for Saturday then I'll live with it. Would much rather have 3 points than exit from this competition.
