Morgage advice

    Can someone please give advice on the following . If you have good credit rating but your partner doesn't Is there any way you can get a morgage together .i.e one Person to pass the credit check but get a solicitor to write something up to say you both pay the repayment and own half each. Sorry if this sounds daft but really unsure what our options are.

    Advice will be appreciated

    I think he is referring to Chris Morgan's age as you have spelled mortgage wrong (morg-age)

    Probably not as the partners debts will look bad to the nervous lenders. Best you can hope for is a mortgage based on your income. Of course, the house can be in both names.
