has anyone considered that if the FA decide to ban him for say 8 matches, he will have served his ban and will be back in the team to play us at Bumhole Lane in February. Meanwhile all of our competitors will have the luxury of playing the Blunts without him - possibly gaining more points as a result - and our players will almost certainly face a pumped-up and possibly out for revenge Morgan kicking lumps out of them. Where is the justice in that?
It has crossed my mind. What's in it for us? In reality a ban for Morgan will be 3 games max, maybe 8 at a stretch. How is all the fuss going to help BFC?

FA action against Morgan will considerably strengthen the case for civil action BFC v Sheffield United and/or Hume v Morgan.

The only thing they may ban him for is the first elbow that the ref missed - which would be a 3 match ban. It was already leaked that they didn't consider the second elbow exceptional enough to act.
RE: But it's all gone quiet on that front - No announcement re. legal meeting on Monday nt Yes, i was wondering about that. We haven't heard anything. I think that road would be more of a punishment if we could hit the club and player financially. I don't have much faith in the FA, hope that i am proved wrong
