Staffed by strategically shaved monkeys with no ounce of common sense.
Put price o' beer up an all.

They've screwed up the 4 for £5 offer on bottled ales. It was on all beers priced at £1.49, now you have to struggle to find 4 priced at that as they price some at £1.48, some at £1.50 etc.
I just been to Cortonwood and there were plenty of £1.49 bottles to choose from. I bought 4 bottles of Marstons Double Drop.
Aye. Nice pint that.
Got a Badger's Golden Champion and a Golden Pride. Mate of mine highly recommends it but I can't remember which one it wor! (seestars)

That's weird when its cheaper to buy things in smaller units. For example, cheaper to buy two 1 litre bottles of something than the 2 litre. Noticed that a lot at Morrisons. Lots of other issues with them as well. Such as putting similar items above the wrong price label (always seems to be a cheaper price label funnily enough); keeping cheaper items off the shelf (or hiding them at the back) so that people have to buy more expensive, poorer selling items; not actually having a price label on the shelf for things that are really expensive; not programming the tills with some of the latest offers or scanning things through too many times. I always check my receipt before leaving the shop, as more often than not there is something to go to the Customer Service desk with. The worst one was when they had a 'BOGOF' offer on the Smoothies but the tills didn't pick it up. When I was getting it sorted at the customer service desk, there was a couple alongside me who said they had had to do the same earlier in the week. Bizarrely, they had the problem on the Monday and it was now the Thursday. They hadn't bothered to correct it. That led me to suspect they do it deliberately. After all, for every person who spots it, there will be 3 or 4 more who don't. If you don't check your receipt, mistakes are not going to be obvious buried in your large weekly shopping bill.
Had a few offers not work at Asda which I've not noticed until I got home. On beer I checked one at Tesco before leaving, went to customer services to sort it they said their policy was to give you the product free! Made my day - free beer!
Yeah - I took a scart switcher back to Tesco because they had charged me more than the shelf price. It was on a receipt with other items, so although I realised they had given me back more than just the difference, I didn't know why. Thought they had just made another mistake, this time in my favour. Turns out they give you your money back and allow you to keep the item!
oi.... dunt knock the staff.... half of the time its the idiot's who are shopping thats the problem...... used to work for em myself up till august.... tha'd be amazed at how many customers compalined but offers being "wrong" or this that an other. half of time its them who cant read the labels properly!!!
I am with Damsy i worked in tarn centre morrisons for 4 n half years and still work for morrisons now, but in offoce enviroment so am ok
You reap what you sow. There seems to be a deliberate shelf stacking policy at Morrisons to confuse customers. I regularly have to puzzle over which product relates to which label, because things are not in the right place on the shelf. I have found this (and the other things mentioned in my earlier post) very, very annoying for a long time and keep promising to fire off a letter over it. So don't give me all the 'customers are idiots' custard!
just so you know they dont give you your money back any more at tesco, the new policy is that they give you double the difference. by that i mean if something is priced up at £4 and they charge you £5 then they'll give you the pound back plus an extra pound so you get it for £3. At Asda they give you a £2 voucher regardless of how much you're over charged by
