thats Wigan being.... a bunch of cnuts we have triggered the signing clause so therefore he is our player subject to contract.... they are being tw@ts I hope now Morsy gets a hat-trick of home goals.
Re: thats Wigan being.... That's shocking, told they didn't want him and knowing he'll be with us very soon.
i don't get the venom towards wigan at all. he's wigan's player and they're right in the $hit. if he was our player, i'd expect us to do exactly the same. the fact that we still haven't agreed personal terms suggests it's not quite the done deal that people think. wigan have done nowt wrong for me. they don't owe us a thing.
Re: thats Wigan being.... Rubbish, he's registered to them and they're paying his wages, if they think he can help them win today then they've every right to pick him.
He has to act professionally while he's their player to be fair to him. Whenever a player forces a move it looks bad on them. And it's not like he needs to convince Wigan to let him go by protesting, it's down to personal terms really and ultimately his decision.
how is it petty? he's their player, he's available and they want to play their strongest side. for all we know, we might be miles apart on wages and he's staying at wigan.
Earlier in the week Joyce said if he was still there he'd be in contention and it'd be up to him whether he played. Joyce / Wigan haven't done anything wrong but I am disappointed that Morsey has chosen to play. I wonder if the fact we haven't agreed personal terms yet means it's fallen through and he's not coming? If he felt it's almost done why would he chose to play?
That's a very biased opinion imo. He's a professional footballer if he had done anything other than play I wouldn't want my club to sign him tbh.
Well if we do eventually sign him we should be able get him for less now he won't be available for the FACup. Assuming we win today of course.
Because he's paid to play for his club and if he refused he'd be in breach of contract and come across as an unprofessional dick? Wigan have every right to pick one of their in form players so nobody has any right to have a go at them for choosing Morsy.
bit different though today as it's the cup, not gonna help them in league. I think they are only playing him to cup tie him and be dicks with us.
