    o yer and i suppose i am going to walk up and set it a light there would be thousands of muslims coming into barnsley for it, barnsley is full so why do they have to come in

    in barnsley yes i am afraid i am, if we went over to pakistan and made a church over there i could guarentee it would be gone within 2 month

    AN APPEAL fund has been launched to rebuild the Al Quba Muslim community centre in Barnsley which was burned down by racist arsonists last April. The appeal fund was launched at a 150 strong meeting in the town hall last week. Already Barnsley College NATFHE, Barnsley GMB, a GMB branch in Bradford, a local Labour Party ward and the Anti Nazi League have sent donations. Send money to the Al Quba Rebuild Appeal, c/o Barnsley College NATFHE branch secretary, Church Street, Barnsley S70 2AX.

    Must be a bloody big mosque...

    Why would Muslims from Wakey, Rotherham, Leeds etcetera come to Barnsley to worship when they already have mosques there?

    Probably just the small number of Muslims that are in Barnsley would use it for worship in a sort of quiet, low-key way. Maybe school kids might go there as part of their Religious Education studies.

    Bloody hell - I predict the collapse of Western Civilisation as we know it...
