    You can make really strong sparkling wine from raspberries. If you make jam strain them to get the seeds out.

    If you reduce them to mush over a very low heat, it isn't much of a hassle using a wooden spoon and a sieve. The waste stuff when cooled makes good fertilizer too.

    you know what is nice, a good old fruit streusal cake

    dont know if it will work with raspberries but my gran makes such fine ceks with rhubabarb or plums from her garden.
