'twas light years of time since his mission did start from the generally annoying Spaceman came travelling Heard it on the radio again this morning and for some reason I caught myself thinking --- I bet Eaststander likes that line
I wish it could be Xmas every day How does that work then ? Xmas lasts for twelve days. So how can you have 12 days every day ?
RE: I wish it could be Xmas every day And the shops are all shut on Christmas Day, so how would we do our shopping? They've just not thought it through!
You must have Spaceman came travelling - a Chris de Burgh classic h ttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmZg7tvGN9o And bearing in mind a light year is a measurement of distance not time I thought it would annoy you as much as it annoys me
I think I know what you are getting at Are you referring to "light years of time" when a light year lasts a year, it's a measurement of distance not time, that's like saying it was miles of time!
A "Chris de Burgh classic" Are we doing oxymorons again? http://www.thedailymash.co.uk/news/...rt-sparks-iranian-refugee-crisis-20071217603/
and there won't be snow in africa this christmas time...... .....really midge - have you never been to Mount Kilimanjaro
To be fair you could have picked any line out of that bloody song it winds me up every time I hear it.
Good point In fact you dont just need to pick that song - he has done a few more - see the daily mash article EastStander linked to higher up in this thread
Band Aid - "and there won't be snow in Africa this christmas" - of course there fecking won't its Africa !!
