was that it was just like watching Flitcroft all over again. Mellon seemed to be pulling the strings rather than Wilson. Tactically he was far too late making changes - another Flitcroft trait. Don't know why Wiseman disappeared from his right back duties but it was clear as day that a goal was coming going to come via their left flank. Ramage had been dragged out wide to cover on 4 or 5 occasions before the goal game. We were screaming out for him to change things before the inevitable. Lo and behold, it happened. Then we were trailing and needed a bit of an injection of quality but he waited far too long. I would have had Pedersen, Cywka and McCourt on straight after the goal not 10 minutes from the end when it was too late. We need to react to the game a lot more quickly than we are doing. Far too often we give it another 30 minutes to see if we can get it back when clearly on this occasion we didn't have any creativity on the pitch..
Spot on with that, could see that goal coming from that wing for about 10 mins, worst thing about it is Wilson should know better than to let it ride, didn't seem to notice how obvious a goal was coming down that flank. Could have been prevented with a tactical change, or a boot up Wiseman's lazy arse.
When was the last time we started the 2 nd half well ? We come out after half time looking like we are deflated and on the back foot
Wiseman had a poor game yesterday but to be fair to him he's had a good season so far. I agree about Wilson and Mellon not seeing that goal coming, if they didn't they must have been the only two in the ground who didn't.
