Went to pick the car up from its MOT last night.
And the garage had left it parked in the main road, unlocked with the keys in the ignition.
Could you do that in Tarn? and expect to find it there.

    Possibly

I remember Liverpool Police doing that on purpose and then nicking the theiving scallies when they tried to drive off - so its possible would be felons would be suspicious and keep well away.

(Unfortunately the crooks all got off in scouseland having claimed entrapment)

Still a faily dumb thing for a garage to do - lucky sheep cant drive. Would have been an interesting one for insurance if it had been nicked - your insurance would certainly not pay not sure about theirs but most use stupidly negligent as a reason to avoid paying if you did something like that

I did strike me as rather complacent. Its on a main trunk road, and I cant imagine it was a one off. So loads of people must know there are cars asking to be 'borrowed'

    Must be a Welsh thing.

My garage, near Cowbridge, does exactly the same. It's not a busy area but nevertheless. Too trusting imo.
