I thought that myself. Chelsea was at home so I can just about see why they might leave that off but our win at anfield should be right up there.
No we were in the second tier - only one division below the list that was on MotDof had 3rd or 4th division sides beating prem teams - there are plenty of championship sides beating prem ones every season - Middlesboro just put City out today - great result but not compared to Bradford coming from 2 down to beat Chelsea
We were in the relegation spots of the championship. They had Wimbledon beating Liverpool in the final, which always makes me laugh. Wimbledon had got to the final so weren't too shabby, I think they were about 6th in the top division too.
Either the BBC just dismissed us, assumed we're currently doing semi-OK in the Premier League under Sean Dyche, or they thought we were a relatively big club at the time and didn't see it as a massive shock. They did have Bolton winning at Anfield in the early 90's though, not sure what division Bolton were in at the time. We did come from behind to beat a team that had won the European Cup only 18 months earlier though.
I was just thinking about Chelsea. Were we the last non-top flight team to stick 4 past them in the FA Cup before today?
