Howard's goal against Liverpool, not even amongst the contenders for goal of the month. Nearly as bad as the game today. /poo

While that goal was obviously high on significance, it wasn't a contender for goal of the month for me. In fact, it wasn't a contender for goal of the match, and if we're being ultra honest the goalie should have saved it!

    IMO, obviously

A friend of mine now living in the states

Told me that the "goal of the round" on their ESPN coverage was our first goal. Much better goal than Howards. Mind you the keeper should have saved that as well

    If we're being entirely honest

We have to accept that the result was as it was because our keeper had a blinder and theirs had a shocker.
If the men twixt the sticks had swapped teams, we'd have lost 6-0

    True

I am just glad that they decided to rest Reina and play that clown instead

Unfortunately if Chelsea rest Cech his replacement wont be so accomodating - thats assuming we even get near enough to test him.

As I said before the Livepool game defeat by no more than 2 goals would be a good result for us
