    I know Wilson and Hutchins have managerial experience in abundance and the squad is a decent one on paper, BUT, who motivates them pre-kick off? Who gets them fired up before games because they seem to lack that desire and passion in too many games for me!

    They're professional footballers and its their job to play to the very best of their ability in return for a good salary. They should be able to motivate themselves.

    I know that's what should happen in a fan's eyes but it never does, I think we need to get someone in to fire them up in my opinion.
