Great that we won at the weekend and I really hope we win every game from now on in. However what's bugging me now is our inability to deal with transfers. Take this Constantine thing, fair point the bloke doesnt want to come to us coz he thinks we are down, but this is where appointing a motivational coach comes in. we should be telling him what an insperation he is and how he's the best player in the world and how we want him, that he will fire us all the goals we need to send us up the league and how we will build a team around him etc, etc its called bull but you have to sell the club big style to get what you want. I am not blaming Davey as this is his first go at all this but if we are seroius about staying in this league we need experience.
Maybe his agent was more motivational by telling him how much more he'll make by moving in the summer.
How much more can it be, apparently we offerred triple his wage, so he loses all that by staying for 6 months. then theres no guarantee he gets better offer in the summer. I think it was he saw how the club was run and realised we are going nowhere.

RE: how do you know that they were? nt I dont know. It just seems that some people read more into situations than they need to and are negative for the sake of being negative. All Im saying is we are not aware of the conversations that took place between SD and LC. They may have said positive things to him, best player in the world etc they may not have. Whats your current gripe?
