Id have given it to Cole. Managed to somehow outlast McAtee AGAIN whilst simultaneously devoting 90% of his effort into ensuring he didn't break sweat, making sure his kit didn't need washing AND trying his absolute level best not to look interested. Took some doing did that.
Kane was the best player on the pitch today. Shame he has to play with ten sacks of dog poo every week.
Because at the time it was announced he'd scored the goal we needed to win and keep the playoffs in our hands.
Williams played really well but I thought Kane showed up everywhere and did everything that he possibly could in a team that was disjointed.
I said before kick off that if the shackles were off we should see a diferrent Kane and we did. Unfortunately it didn't last and he soon reverted to type and kept falling down claiming non existent fouls. He got MOM for the goal but it should have gone to Williams.
