I have bought my daughter an MP4 player for Christmas and thought it would be nice to be put a few chart videos on for her. I have copied some AVI files onto it and it just says 'Video Format Error' and doesn't play them. It does play the default one that it came with so I know it works. The instructions say that video files cannot be greater than 25fps, is this something to do with it, and if so how can I get round the problem? It says it supports MP4 and AVI files. Its all a bit too much for me and its given me a headache!!
    Thanks in advance
