after a poor performance at Blackpool yesterday by him i think it's time he owt to think about a diet and perhaps spend a couple of games on the bench. It's getting a bit repetitive the amount of stick he dishes out to other team mates yet hap-hazardly tries to beat players, at which he usually drops a clanger.

Why should he be immune from criticism. He puts in as many bad games as anyone else.

    I'm not blaming him...

the rest of the team are poor too but his attitude is not right, he'd prob be a better footballer if he lost the weight. He just happened to be the one yesterday who stood out for losing the ball too many times.

Why does Howard need to go on a Diet?

Howard had a decent game against Derby (the only occasion I have seen him this season). He was still going strong at the end and was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet.

Howard did have a poor game yesterday but he wasn't on his own!!
Doesn't help the players when they have to follow Simon "someone will get a drubbing" Davey's Inept Tactics!!

Some people just love to criticize him

Unfit? He chases balls down as much as any player and carries on to do this all through a game.

I love to criticise him, because, at the minute, he's fecking useless, and not only that, as he's the captain, we have no-one willing to drive the team forward.
When will Davey realise that, A) playing howard, B) him being captain, has to change. Stephen Foster stands out a million miles as our main organiser. The sooner he gets it, the sooner we move forwards.

    Stephen Foster

Can't get a regular game in his preferred position at the moment.

He was not good at RB in the game against Derby - and looked to be in two minds for the Blackpool goal yesterday.

I think SD needs to decide what he going to do with him.

    RE: Stephen Foster

He was supposed to be marking the guy that gave the ball to Kabba in the first place. You can see how much time he gives him on the TV footage. Apologies if that wasn't Foster playing the RB spot.

It's just how I saw it. Foster really ought to be playing CB - it's not as though we have a shortage of people who can play RB.

    Correct

The guy who gave him the ball was on OUR Right - and Foster gave him "all day" to make the pass (he actually runs away from him rather than shutting him down).

Maybe if Foster had been in the middle (where he should be) and A.N. Other had been a right back, both Blackpool players involved in the goal WOULD have been closed down.

Having Foster at RB does not put Moore & Souza under enough pressure in terms of "competition for places."

that was not what was said

He didnt say that it was Fosters fault for not picking Kabba up, he said it was Foster`s fault that he gave the passer of the ball too much space.

RE: This is the thing that really fecks me off with davey

He cant seem to see that having 2 of the slowest defenders ive ever seen in the centre don't work. Switch foster over to CB and drop Moore or Souza and go with hassel/Van Homet at RB and Kozzie at LB

It's basic football manager stuff really.
