    I rate Conor, due to his passing, creating chances for team mates, free kicks, goalline clearances, corners, assists and goals. Apparently, though, none of those count as we're inundated with midfielders that do all Conor does and even more(!):D
    I'll be making my way down to Oakwell tonight, but keeping an eye open for those flipping border collies!:D

    I don't think it's so much that you can't fit him into the squad as it is that you can't fit him AND certain other players in. Johnson has to decide whether tocA get rid of hourihane, B get rid of others or C have different options for different games and eventualities which means dropping him sometimes. Personally I think the answer will be and should be C as he is good at what he does and so are the others. One of our big problems recently has been square pegs in round holes and managers refusal to drop players or change things up (while at the same time we've been only too quick to change others). Get the balance right and he is a very valuable member of the squad

    See what you're saying but we don't create a whole lot without him, I haven't seen Rothwell yet so I can't say if he would be he other 'attacking' midfielder role when Horuihane is dropped or whatever, for me our main source of goals need and should be coming from corners which Horuihanes corners always seem to cause problems for teams. And option C would out opus in a good position because of depth when injuries occur.

    Why do we need Houriane to defend?
    Pearson cant score goals or create goals like Houriane does, let Pearson do the defending and Houriane do the attacking .
    Or is it too simple to allow players to do what they are best at?
    If we cant defend with 4 defenders and 3 midfielders then we dont deserve anything.
    I dont actually agree that he cant defend anyway ! He doesnt fly into tackles and kick people , but that doesnt mean he is not defending.

    So Hourihane is wnak, Pearson is wnak and for me they are 2 of our better players. Relegation it is then with the wnakness of our youth players and the wnak signings all meks for a wnak season.

    So us wnakers have paid to watch wnak players, so its nearly time to get our dicks art. Good shuffling!!
