or it's back down to the ale house league we go i'm afraid! Please tell me you've got moves afoot or this is one of the silliest, stupidist decisions that has ever come out of the well.
The timing is horrendous UNLESS you have a great back-up plan, time will tell i suppose!(doh)

 

I'm afraid it must be a knee-jerk reaction to a difference of opinion with Ritchie and as such is a stupid thing to do. He clearly thinks he knows better than the best manager we've had in years. All the pressure is on him now and so I wish him the best.

Without a fair amount of cash to replace the players who will want to leave as well as those that need to then I can't see any sense in the decision at all.

 

also if you think that the fans can get on a manager's back, just wait and see what some of the more vociferous of our fans will say about a chairman who sacked the most popular manager in a decade if the replacement does not come good.
