please tell how how you propose to move on from the present situation. Around a momth ago it seemed a new contract for Mr Ritchie was on the cards, now it has been withdrawn. It concerns me how the club can move forward when the manager obviously feels so hard done by? How will you appease him and fix the situation? RE: Back him or sack him. Will his heart and the team's mentality be right? Ritchie could have gone if allowed to talk to the dee dahs but Sheps said no and contract talks opening up...............since then gave back word strange i think Ritchie will go under his own accord.
