According to some of my old notes, Mr T. Kettle was the referee in our home game against Rotherham on Nov 19th 2005, when he sent off three Rotherham players and their manager! Perhaps he just likes red cards and all the excitement a bit too much...

Are there any statistics for the referees on the internet, e.g. how many yellow/red cards they've given per match and how many penalties they've awarded?

    that was him Tomi

He booked 8 and sent a further 3 off plus manager.
I posted up yesterday that he has reffed 23 games this season and given out 104 cards which surely any refereeing authority should be looking at and asking why is it that his games are always apparently the dirty ones.

We've had him 4 times, he's sent off 5 I think and given out 47 cards.

He did. I said the other day about that game and he was a joke that day. Booking everyone and I felt really sorry for Rotherham that day as it was unreal what happened to them!! I have seen him on sky as well and he is nearly always a joke!!

Was he also the ref at Bradford when we drew 0-0 a couple of years back? - and he sent Howard off and then levelled it up by sending a Bradford player off second half? Neither warranted sending off - now there's a suprise Mr Kettle!
