Do they honestly think she's written... "Just <********************************>, musn't tell hubby!" ?
The current police theory is as follows: McCanns sedate their children whilst they dined out, something they had done on numerous occasions On returning to the room they realise Madeline has died directly as result of sedation. In state of panic, McCanns dispose of Madeline's body in nearby church grounds. When questioned by the police initially, McCanns plan seed that loaner Russian suspect had been sighted. Whilst police are off the trail, some weeks later, return to site, collect body and drop in road near church being excavated, which was subsequently filled by building team. The DNA found in the hire car is detected as that of a deceased with close match to Madeline. Hence the reason the police are following the current line of investigation. The roads are to be excavated because without a body, indication is that conviction will be difficult.
Also missed regular visits to said church out of guilt and need to repent sins. and check the site. quite handy when you've got the keys.
RE: The current police theory is as follows: "Hey Agostinho, what about that pile ofa de freshly dug earth ina de churcha yard?"</p> "Donta be silly Benedito, who'da bury a body in a churcha yard?"</p>
Pieced it together based on a day of boredom on newsnow and the likes. Its the biggest human interest story of the decade.... http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/story/0,,2167113,00.html?gusrc=rss&feed=networkfront
Excellent final paragraph. <font size="3">How will this story end? That's what makes it so grimly compelling: none of us knows. Until we do, basic justice demands that we presume the McCanns are wholly innocent. Common decency demands the same. For if they are eventually found guilty, there will be plenty of time for condemnation. But if they are innocent, to presume otherwise is to commit a second crime against people who have already suffered enough.</font>
RE: Excellent final paragraph. I'm always suspicious of folk who presume guilt and then go on a tirade or make snide remarks/clever commentsabout it. Longley and his ilk for example. </p> What, in their deepest subconcious are they trying to cover up ?</p>
Unbelievable! I was thinking exactly the same thing. Even down the the word "ilk."</p> Well actually it was elk.</p>
RE: Unbelievable! I thought 'elk' would be a better word when I typed !</p> I'm off to lunch now ( Not at The Talbot) , bet you're having the same...</p>
Read the coments below, some good insights this one in particular makes you think: Quote: 'What is clear to me is that there has been a disproportionate media interest - and therefore public interest - in this crime, perhaps because of the combination of personalities, location, circumstances and continuing absence of Madeleine. In the UK, approximately 80 children are murdered each year (the annual average for the past 28 years) which means that since Madeleine disappeared around 30 British children are likely to have been murdered. Can you name one of them?'
RE: The current police theory is as follows: the writers of,corrie, eastenders, emmerdale, will be ,ptting all this down for future episodes thats if they have not already done it
do you think................. they confessed to the Pope and he can't tellbecause of the confidentiality of the confessional?? Catholics-don't you just love them!
Excellent article Like many, I am confused and will be gutted if it did turn out to have been the parents.</p> I still think and hopeit isn't.</p>
