    Problems.

    Everytime i come to sign onto my msn, it says the following;

    " We could not sign you in to msn messinger because internet explorer is currently set to work offline. Please change the setting on your browser's file menu, and try signing in again. "

    ...well ive had this problem before and ive just opened a website and gone to file and unticked the work offline in the list. Well its already unticked and ive tried exiting msn and restarting it, but nothings working.

    Really stressing me sooo much, any ideas anyone?

    :((

    Have you tried Tools/InternetOptions/Connections? Does it say something like 'never dial a connection?

    Could be that you just need to change that setting to Always dial my default connection.

    Failing that, get Mozilla as your browser instead.

    Thanks.

    Ive got Mozilla.
    Ive tried it from the Icons above this website page. Tools/Options/Connection setting... Its selected at option "Direct connection through the internet". The other 2 options available to select are "Auto-Detect Proxy setting for the network" and "Manual Proxy Configuration"

    I havent a clue, rubbish with the pc.

    Ok, well try opening IE if you still have it and checking the settings there as MSN and IE are linked together somehow. Don't ask me how 'cos I haven't got a clue.
