    Blessing in disguise. We did far better with him rolling it out or throwing it than we ever do with his wayward kicking. He should be banned from kicking the ball in future games.

    Would have been nice if the back four had made any attempt to create some space for him to throw it to though.

    ..but that was too simple he wanted to impress with his long throws.

    Putting the opposition automatically on-side at all goal-kicks and not being able to pass-back are major impediments.

    Luckily Colchester played a stupid game, they saw that Platt was winning all headers and that Heinz was injured so they were just lumping the ball up front instead of working it in from out wide.
