    Why don't the officials enforce the continuation of the multi-ball system? If not the referee then the fourth official.

    It has to be done with their agreement in the first place, so you would have thought they would.

    refs should just stop their watch more if the system is being abused.

    ball boys are prob fans and will no doubt return the ball faster to the home team on most grounds, but you can't fine a ball boy.
